These terms explain the rules for using the Judes Community Based Organization ("Judes CBO", "we", "us") website. Please read them carefully.

2. About this website

This website shares information about Judes CBO, our programs and how to support our work. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.

3. Use of our content

The text, photos, logo and other content on this website belong to Judes CBO or are used with permission. Partner logos belong to their owners. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit to Judes CBO. Please contact us before reusing photos or larger parts of our content, especially images that show people.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent;
• send spam, abusive or misleading messages through our forms;
• try to disrupt the site or access it in unauthorised ways;
• pretend to be Judes CBO or misuse our name to collect money.

5. Donations

All donations are voluntary and go towards our charitable work in Homa Bay County. When you choose a program, we will direct your gift to it wherever possible. If a program is fully funded, we may use the gift where it is needed most.

Donations made through M-Pesa are processed by Safaricom under its own terms. Before sending, always check that the recipient details match those shown on our donate page. Judes CBO will never ask you for your M-Pesa PIN.

If you believe you made a donation in error, contact us as soon as possible with your M-Pesa transaction code and we will review your request.

6. Not an emergency service

This website and our contact form are not monitored around the clock and are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 or 112. For gender-based violence support, call the free national helpline 1195. For children, call Childline Kenya on 116.

7. External links

Our website links to other sites such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Judes CBO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
